Wave - The Lone Technician
I was messing around, and made a custom champ. Still working on stats and stuff, but I wanted some suggestions. I'm open to anything, as long as it doesn't involve my mother or sister (looking at you trolls). Anyways, here is Wave - The Lone Technician
Passive - Form Shift: Whenever Wave switches forms, his next spell/basic attack deals 150% damage and slows the target by 30%. The target is also hacked and loses 10 armor and magic resist for 4 seconds. A target cannot be hacked more than every ten seconds unless two stacks are applied at once. A target cannot receive two stacks at the same time more than every 15 seconds.
Q - Rework/Overdrive: (Rework) Wave switches out of blade form into advanced tech and gains a new set of skills, is given 8 charge stacks, and gains 5/10/15/20/30 bonus attack damage. While in advanced tech, Wave cannot auto-attack. Advanced tech lasts for 20 seconds, or until all 8 charge stacks have been used. Cooldown for Rework begins after Wave switches back to blade form. (Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12) (No cost). (Overdrive) Wave shoots at target champion dealing 20/40/65/100/130 (+.9 AD) physical damage and applies a stack of hacked. If form shift also applies a stack of hacked, the target is shutdown and instead loses 35 armor and magic resist for 6 seconds, while not being slowed or taking bonus damage. (Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4) (1 charge stack).
W - Defensive Stance/Pierce: (Defensive Stance) Wave gains an energy shield which absorbs 40/45/50/55/60% of all incoming damage (does not apply to true damage) for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, while also gaining 10/15/20/35/50 range on his auto-attacks (Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16) (No cost). (Pierce) Wave fires off a shot after momentarily assessing an enemies weak points, causing this attack to ignore 10% of armor (doesn't stack with other armor piercing), dealing 10/20/40/60/100 (+1.2 AD) physical damage, and applies a stack of hacked. If form shift also applies a stack of hacked, the target is deactivated, and slowed by 20/30/40/60/80% for 3 seconds, while not losing armor and magic resist, or taking bonus damage. (Cooldown: 7/6/5/4.5/4) (1 charge stack).
E - Boost/Shred: (Boost) Wave gains 20/25/30/35/40% movement speed and 20/30/40/70/100% attack speed for 4 seconds. (Cooldown: 18/17/16/14/11) (No cost). (Shred) After locking onto a target, Wave calls down a laser blast, dealing 50/60/80/100/125 (+.75 AD) physical damage and adding a stack of hacked to the target. If form shift also applies a stack of hacked, the target is corrupted, taking 155/165/175/185/200% damage, but not losing any armor and magic resist or being slowed. (Cooldown: 10/9/8/6/3) (1 charge stack).
R - Hyper-Extension/Over-Clock/Destroy: (Hyper-Extension) Wave gains 150/250/400 attack range for 15 seconds, along with applying a stack of hacked on each basic attack every 5 seconds (Cooldown: 160/120/80) (No cost). (Over-Clock) Every spell Wave casts until running out of charge stacks, is an AOE spell, and deals 150% damage. If a spell were to deal a different amount of bonus damage it will deal the higher amount. All targets hit by the AOE receive one stack of hacked, while the target the in the center of the AOE receives 2 stacks, as if form shift were going off. Cooldown for this spell continues after Wave reverts to blade form. While Over-Clock is active, Wave can cast Destroy. (Cooldown: 160/140/100) (No charge). (Destroy) Wave fires an energy pulse around him, which snares all units around him for 4 seconds, and deals 300/350/450 (+1.4 AD). Each target is given 2 stacks of hacked, and takes an extra 100 true damage, while losing no armor and magic resist, not being slowed, or taking bonus damage. This move can only be cast one time during Over-clock (2 charge stacks).
