Toplane

So I was playing some ranked league (as usual), and I was playing a Bruiser now, I don't think bruisers are a bad class in this current meta but they still feel kinda weak.And as I was playing the game a thought went trough my head "Whatever happened to Atma's Reckoning? " I just feel like It would make bruisers a bit stronger and better (along with juggernauts)without making them top tier broken like ADCs in the Ardent meta.Currently Bruisers and juggernauts want to build damage and health items and not many defensive items (armor and magic resist wise) , the most defensive item bruisers actually get are the boots (Ninja Tabi or Mercury's treads) but by allowing Atma's Reckoning into the game you're making other "forgotten" bruisers playable such as trundle , trundle should see a great rise in win rate and pick rate if the item is introduced into the game because tanks and trundle himself will be able to build that item because it converts **HP **to DMG. Now by my speculations ADCs should not be really affected by this (at least not hard enough to make them inferior picks to bruisers and tanks). IMO it would be a good buff to top lane without making it super op or broken or too greater than any role in the game currently It would just make top lane not too much about Kennen , Jayce , etc.. and make other picks a more viable option, AND it will be an indirect buff to Kled who is currently under performing.
