Let's talk Tier 3 Boots

Every since Homegaurds was added as something you just got at 20 mins all of the other tier 3 boots didn't seem to have much of an impact on the game. They all seemed to be that last item you got after you were 6 items or just something that you said "Hey I have 300 gold just sitting there, while I have all my items slots filled, why not buy tier 3 boots." But I think that I have an idea that would help bring them back better then ever. Having trinket actives for tier 3 boots.

I was thinking possible adding a trinket active to tier 3 boots something similar to what the old trinket upgrades were like, adding more yellow wards, a pink ward, sweeper lens, farsight wrad, or something of the sort. While having these upgrade may be overpowering with your vision game of having a free upgrade able trinket already they would have to come with a hefty cost maybe somewhere between 400 to 700 gold or a little above the average gold spent on a component to an item. This way there is a significant down side to buying the boot upgrade, either having more vision control and less combat stats or having more combat stats and less vision control.

Whether these be in pro play or in everyday normal or ranked queue I feel that these boots would have a lot of versatility in players choices and add to the utility of roles that may lack or want more. These will also help add to the control of either dragon or rift herald/Baron pits now that they both have been becoming a much larger part of the game. While on the other side, if you do buy the upgrade you will very well know that you will be down in combat stats from your laner who may not have the upgrade which will cause a balance difference between you two.

I want to know what you think of my idea, is it good or bad, what problems do you think this will cause, and how do you think this will change the over all game play of League?
