like every team that wins in lcs has 5 skins for there team. how long for the team that won this year. an how do the skin get picked?

It's not LCS, LCS is american regular season league. You're talking about the world championship skins? Yeah Samsung White won worlds this year so each player gets to design a skin for their fav champ or champ used in the finals. Usually takes half a year before they are designed, and released.
