Gives a HUGE buff to offensive stats while taking away your defensive stats , or could give an INSANE boost to offensive and kill you after time / use

No thanks.
If this were a consumable I could see it turning Defense into Attack Power and Magic Defense into Magic Damage, but honestly I don't see why anyone would want that since you're likely not going to live long enough to put that buff to good use.
