If this were a consumable I could see it turning Defense into Attack Power and Magic Defense into Magic Damage, but honestly I don't see why anyone would want that since you're likely not going to live long enough to put that buff to good use.

That's why it would be OP It would either 1. put all offence into defense or 2. put all defense into offense , would have some kinda of huge consequence.
