I was recently talking with a Riot employee to try and recover my PBE account (which they helped with amazingly), and suggested this design (not mine, credit goes to Whitemare), to which they said they thought was pretty awesome. This would be an amazing skin to have in game and fits with Jhin's overall thematic incredibly.

Some mobile MOBA promoted that it had DC characters as champions. If they can do it, why not the biggest name in MOBA?
Also hmm I seem to remember some other champion, also a clown, who might be more fitting to be Joker, one who is basically a "rip-off" of joker with some quotes straight up taken from the clown prince himself.
Oh well, must be my imagination. Great art tho.
A " definitely not Jhin " skin would be a nice addition along with blitzcrank and velkoz skins theme.
