In Game Rune Page UI

I was thinking of how me and many of my friends aren't able to create rune pages in time before the match starts. I was thinking that LoL could do something like Battlerite with an in-game UI to change your runes. This could last to 1:30 when minions spawn and would be really useful. It could help people who didn't save theirs in time or put the wrong one on. I understand that the rune page change will make it so that buying rune pages will be useless but I think it will be better for the overall gameplay aspect.
