Lore: Everyday since she was a child Cynthia trained in the same intense flames her father endured for several months, realizing how her father felt in the flames, her training quickly lead her to hatred, hatred for noxians and their army, set astray she found herself training alone, in solitude, Using her fathers disappear as a flame to keep striving forward. Later in her quest riddled with hatred to become stronger she found solace in the league of legends and was happily welcomed as a young prodigy.

Role: high burst - damage top laner/jungler

Look: black hair tied back wearing her fathers eye band as a head band (she's not blind)

Outfit: similar to chun-li from street fighters outfit but in red/yellow design similar to the design similar to the gold and red design on lee sins belt buckle with black tights

Uses the same fighting style as her father(hand to hand combat)

Abilities:

Passive: Every 5 minion kills Cynthia gains 0.5 AD, gains 1 AD for every 5 large monsters. Cynthia also gains 1 AD for each champion kill and gains 0.5 AD for each assist.

(Q) Forceful Palm- Cynthia stomps on the ground and lunges towards a targeted enemy Palm first dealing damage (55/80/105/130/155) +1.5 AD ratio (20 energy) (cooldown: 7.4/5/4.25 seconds)

(W) Energy Release - Cynthia spirals releasing a orb of energy around her dealing damage(30/40/50/60/70) + 0.5 AD ratio stunning all enemies for (0.75/1/1.25/1.5) seconds(350 radius) (stun) (15 energy) (cooldown: 12/10/8/6 sec)

(E) passive: Insight: whenever Cynthia damages a enemy she (ONLY HER) gains vision of them for 5 seconds

sonic flash - Cynthia flashes a short range (range: 550) she gains 40% attack speed for 3/6/9/12 seconds her next basic attack She Steals 40% movement speed from the next champion she hits with in 5 seconds (gap closer)(20 energy) (11/9/7/5 seconds

(R) targets one enemy champ knocking them up in the air dealing dmg(cannot be interrupted) (150/170/200 )+ 1.5 AD ratio then knocks that champion back while in the air (can be interrupted with stun) dealing damage(100/125/150) + 0.5 AD ratio knocking back enemies in that pathway (800 range on knock back) (no cost) (115/100/95 sec)
