Skin Selections?

As a buyer of the newer champions I have always liked some ideas for skins for those champions. I want to know how you select which champions get skins and when? It seems like a really bad system right now considering there are champions that have come out in the past couple months that are already getting new skins and champions that have been out for a year are still stuck with their one skin. If Riot is to make skins based off of the popularity of the champion then why don't rengar, zed, kha'zix, elise, and even thresh have new skins? These are all relatively popular champions, a couple played repeatedly by pros, and yet they all have one skin (with the exception of the rare and unavailable skins from zed and elise). I would suggest setting up a system so that a champion who came out in the past couple months (Quinn) doesn't get a second skin until someone before her has.

Forced creativity isn't really creative at all.

It works fine for things the the winning team skins from worlds and themeing 5 champions around that teams logo and colors, but I'd hate riot to follow a forced creativity schedule for other skins.

In those cases the theme, color scheme and champions are preset.

Forcing a skin for a specific champion with no other direction would not turn out as well as the team skin sets. :\ And many argue those didn't turn out so well in the first place. (I love them but it's a comment I get a lot when I'm on SKT1 Zyra)

I understand that forcing creativity is absurd, but honestly there are a lot of people that play the game that are making skins for these champions. I would like to believe that someone on Riot reads these peoples' suggestions, but for the many that I've seen that have created an uproar on the forums and boards, none have come to the game. There is no real forced creativity when someone else thinks about the basis and Riot uses that to make that person's skin a reality. That has happened throughout the history of this game, and the creator is always recognized.

Zed, Elise, and Thresh all got skins post release, but they were limited (SKT Zed and Championsip Thresh) or a reward (Victorious Elise).

And Rengar got a skin in the past 2 months...

Lastly Quinn got her 2nd skin about a **year **after she came out. And kha'zix lacks a new skin due to his high difficulty to make skins for due to his evolutions.

The point that I am making is that those limited skins and reward skins are only around for a very limited time period and aren't legendary. There are plenty of ideas from the public on how to make skins for any champion that can be made quickly and satisfy plenty of demands. There are other champions older than Quinn that don't have multiple skins ready to buy whenever. That is the point that I am making
