**Adamas-The Vagabond **
**Exposition **-Adamas Vouer a gifted child with light skin, dark hair, and eyes with a burning passion for knowledge lives in a mansion with his father, Magister Vouer a tall skinny man with a aristocrat persona who tries to exploit arcane energy to make him even more rich than he is now. Their mansion is located in between the Serpentine River and The Ironspike Mountains and is very isolated from any other beings.
Lore Part 1 Adamas Vouer was a brilliant boy with his knowledge of many arcane magics for his father was fascinated with the uses of this force and how he could exploit it. Being a small boy he payed no attention to his fathers true intentions and was captivated by his studies. He would spend his days learning from his father being exposed to higher education at a young age and soon he was able to have high intellectual conversations with his father. At the age of 14, he was starting to seek out more knowledge and soon became obsessed with the study of arcane mastery. He sought after any information regarding the arcane arts and spent all his days focusing in mastering the arcane arts. His father saw the changes in his son and became wary of what might come out of this unhealthy obsession. Time withered away and Adamas started to be consumed by this obsession, so much so that he began muttering complete madness. His father had enough and wished to free his 16 year old son but he was too late for his sons mind was long gone and the only way to break him from this trance was to destroy the books.
As the sun faded into the abyss of the night sky, Adamas fell asleep due to endless reading, and his father began to collect the books and one by one the books were thrown out and burned them to ashes. Though as dawn settled into the new day, Adamas awoken furious and saddened, his books were gone. His father sat in the study looking at what his son become, Adamas spoke in a quite and harsh tone asking where his books were and silence answered back. His pitch black eyes pierced the soul of his father and then he started to mumble and his eyes started to turn icy blue and light emitted from them. His father stood in shock and started to run but Adamas showed no mercy and quickly let out a blast of arcane energy and disintegrated the home he loved so, passed out.
Lore Part 2 As Adamas awoke he came to and realized what he had done and noticed he had aged to what seemed to be 22. He walked over to the near river and looked at his reflection. There stood a skinny man with over-grown hair going down to his elbows, most importantly his hair had been turned into a silvery white color and his eyes were piercing blue with blue hazy mist coming from them. Quickly rubbing his eyes the blue color from his eyes vanished he was left with eyes that looked like coal.
After some time had passed, he knew he was alone in this world and started to roam to who knows where. He ended up in a foreign place that was filled with smog and rusting buildings with filth scattered all around. Soon enough he became accustomed to his new lifestyle and became a hermit making machines and weapons and selling them for money to get by. Though his arcane powers became a problem for they were slowly overcoming him and he needed a outlet to release this pent up energy. After many failures he made a machine that could harness and use this energy, a riffle. Though he soon realized its intense destructive powers and needed to able to use it in a way that would not harm the innocent. Word got to Adamas of a place called The Institute of War where many others gathered to be used in the League of Legends and thought that would be the perfect outlet for his unstable power.
TL;DR: Adamas became very knowledgeable and wanted to learn the arcane arts and became so obsessed he became mad with arcane energy and destroyed his home and father because his father destroyed what he loved the most, the books. Soon he traveled and ended up in Zaun and made weapons for a living, though his arcane energy was starting to swell up he created a riffle that could successfully use its powers. The weapon he created was to dangerous so he needed to find a place where he use it without causing unnecessary harm, so he joined the the League of Legends.

Abilities:
Passive Ability
- Arcane Overload - Adamas builds up arcane power when casting abilities, after 3 abilities have been cast consecutively (The spells have to be cast in a 2 second time frame to be counted towards Arcane Overload) his abilities, except his [R] True Power, are replaced and have separate cooldowns than his primary set of abilities, though they share the same cooldown scaling as the normal sets of his abilities. His auto attacks are also charged increasing the range to 700 and dealing true damage equal to 5% of his AD and 5% of his AP, this cannot damage structures and is not affected by critical strikes. One ability and auto attack can be used before reverting back to his original state. This is put on cooldown after both the auto attack and ability have been used or after 5 seconds. Cooldown: 15(at level 1)/13(at level 11)/10(at level 16) this is unaffected by cooldown reduction.
Active abilities:
-
** [Q] - Pure Energy Shot** - Adamas shoots out a bullet filled with pure arcane energy, hitting all in the hitbox. The first one hit takes the most damage and the others hit take reduced damage by 10%. 25/50/100/170/200 (+ .7 AD) (+ 1.0 AP)
-
Overloaded - Adamas charges his gun for 1.5 seconds and shoots a bullet that explodes on impact shredding the eniemes magic resist (+ .1 AP) and armor (+ .2 AD) for 5 seconds. 55/80/140/170/235 (+ .5 AD) (+ .8 AP)
Cast Time: .5 seconds Cost: 50/65/70/90/110 mana Cooldown: 25/23/20/17/15 seconds Range: 825 units
-
[W] - Transmutation Grenade - Adamas fires a grenade that explodes on impact that causes the air around around the explosion to turn into intoxicating fumes slowing enimes by 25% and damaging each enemy that stays in the area each second lasting for 5 seconds._ Initial cast 70/90/120/145/195 (+ .6 AD) after effects 15/25/45/65/85 (+ .3 AP)_
-
Overloaded - Adamas throws a land mine on the ground that last for 3 minutes giving brief vision of a bush or 300 units away form the center of the mine for 1.5 seconds, after 2 seconds the mine is ready to be detonated. If a enemy champion walks on this mine the mine detonates in a 500 units of the center of the mine stunning every enemy in the blast radius for 3 seconds. ( There can only be one active land mine, if another would to be placed the other will vanish.) 20/40/60/75/90 (+ .3 AD) (+ .2 AP)
Cast Time: 1.75 seconds Cost: 70/90/120/150/170 mana Cooldown: 30/27/25/20/18 seconds Radius: 200 units Range: 400 units
-
[E] - Hungering Knowledge - Passive - Adamas has a uncanny appetite for knowledge and channels stacks of knowledge by damaging champions, minons, and monsters with auto attacks and abilities. He gains 2 stacks of knowledge for every auto attack, 10 stacks for every ability that hits a enemy champion, and 5 stacks for every ability that hits a minon or monster. Active - After gathering 50 stacks or more of knowledge Adamas may activate this ability to temporarily steal attack speed, attack damage, and movement speed from a selected enemy champion for 10 seconds; this active requires 50 stacks of knowledge to use. (+ .2 AD) for what you steal.
-
Overloaded - If Adamas has 50 or more stacks of knowledge built up then he is able to temporarily steal attack speed, attack damage, and movement speed for 5 seconds. (+ .5 AD) for what you steal.
[NOTE] When these stats are stolen, (IN THE ORIGINAL ABILITY) the champion that had the stats stolen does not lose these stats. If you used had full stacks of Arcane Overload then this WILL ONLY STEAL HALF the stats from the selected champion. Also for clarity, lets say you have 300 AD and used your [E] active you would steal 60 attack damage, 60 movement speed, and .60 attack speed, if you had full stacks of Arcane Overload then you would have 150 attack damage, 150 movement speed, 1.50 added attack speed, and you would reduce the enemies stats by 75 attack damage, 75 attack speed, and .75 attack speed.
Cast Time: Instant Cost: No Cost Cooldown: 50/45/35/30/25 Range: 600
- [R] - True Power - Adamas releases his arcane energy gaining bonus movement speed, attack range, and doubles his attack speed with a conjured magical riffle that floats near him. The magical riffle fires after your initial auto attack and critically strikes when your basic attacks do. He assumes this form for 30 seconds. 700/800/1000 attack range and 60/80/120 extra movement speed
[NOTE] You can not access your Arcane Overload abilities or auto attack bonus while your [R] is active.
Cast Time: Instant Cost: 100/150/170 Cooldown: 80/65/50

Tips
Playing as Adamas -Be careful in teamfights for you have no hard mobility and rely on your movement speed and attack range bonus from your [R]. -Don't be afraid to focus the frontline if you can't reach the back line, because you can shred tanks quite easily. -Before a teamfight erupts, make sure to make full use of your passive before ulting, because you can't access it while your ultimate is up. -Don't corner yourself make a escape plan before fighting and use your CC and range to keep a safe distance from the enemy team -Place your mines on the edges of bushes to surprise enemies or stop a lethal gank. Playing against Adamas -Be very careful of his kill potential at level 6, with a help of a support he can burst you down very quickly. -Make sure not to face check bushes, he might hide a mine close to the edge of a bush and stun you for enough time to burst you. -Adamas has no mobility so fighting in tight areas where CC is easy to land and get him out of the fight. -Only duel him when his ultimate is down so you can catch up to him and snag an easy kill.
Playstyle
Pros: High burst damage Great duelist Able to shred armor and magic resist for whole team Tank melter Has both AD and AP ratios Great skirmishing ability Decent AoE damage Devastating stun
Cons No hard mobility Squishy Skillshot dependent Very easily killed by high burst CC destroys him in team fights No primary sustain
Early Game As a marksman you will be primary farming in this stage of the game, take advantage of range and poke the enemy with auto attacks and abilities to get early knowledge stacks. At around level 3 or 4 you have huge kill potential due to your passive make your presence known and force the enemy bot lane to back early. Be careful about ganks for you have no mobility and rely on your CC and ultimate to get away in tight situations. Mid Game This is when things get fun, try and take as much objectives as possible to make the enemy team fall behind in gold and try and skirmish as much as possible this way you can use your mid game spike to your advantage. Late Game This is your strongest point in the game and make great use of it in teamfights by demolishing tanks and catching the enemy carries. Don't be afraid to split push either, you make a great duelist so forcing someone to stop form pushing might result in a kill and a objective. Play as safe and aggressive as the enemy team allows you to and only get close to use your abilities when heavy CC is used.

for the added attack speed or maybe get

for the lovely cooldown reduction. Your first item should be

or even a
. Lastly get a suitability item to live through team fights. Try
if their are burst assassins on the enemy team,
if they have hard CC you need to break from,
for the magic resist, health and the shield for CC mages on the enemy team, if you feel you need more damage in a form less reliable maybe try and take

Other Items to consider
If you are low on mana consider buying

Synergy
Works well with:
Thresh - the Chain Warden Thresh is very good at what he does and that is protect his allies and make the opposing team suffer. With Thresh's ability to use his lantern to let Adamas escape various situations while being able to slow the enemy with both his [R] The Box and [E] Flay active make getting to Adamas a very hard task.
Bard - the Wandering Caretaker Although their early game might not be the best, Bard succeeds at catching the enemy team off guard and offering many way to get out of unfavorable situations. Their combined CC is very potent and is a force to be reckoned with and the ability to let Adamas pass through terrain.
Gnar - the Missing Link They might share the same lane, they make for a unmatched pair when it comes to being able to CC the enemy long enough to burst down an entire team in a combo.
Struggles against:
Vi - the Piltover Enforcer Vi if given the chance can blow up Adamas in one combo with very little counter play with himself. She can't be stopped when she is using [R] Assault and Battery and has another gap closer [Q] Vault Breaker to make sure even a flash can't save you.
Draven - the Glorious Executioner Draven has enough early game power to burst Adamas at level 3 or 4 having an easy to catch up to him with his [W] Blood Rush and [E] Stand Aside and if that wasn't enough he can easily [R] Whirling Death from a far pick off Adamas with ease.
Ekko - the Boy Who Shattered Time Ekko is very slippery and can easily get in and out to burst Adamas for a quick kill. With his [Passive] Z-Drive Ressonace, [Q] Timewinder, and [E] Phase Drive he can catch up with Adamas quick, burst him down and [R] Chronobreak back to safety. Also his [W] Parallel Convergence both passive and active are banes to Adamas and allow him with little time to react to the damage output Ekko can put out.
Extra thoughts - Maybe for a skin it could be Mercenary Adamas where he has a hood on with his gun being pitch black with small blades across it and maybe add daggers and darker particles for his abilities.
