The slingshot Yordle

A yordle with a sling shot, could be another Gnar, Kennen and Teemo type champion. Passive: collects rocks around the map to charge a massive shot Q: rapid fire or spread shot W: a skill shot that has a unique passive ex. Being slow, burn, % or pushes them E: shoots a blob of a sticky substance that slows and doesn't allow movement abilities R: sticks slingshot into the ground and launches himself. Acts as an execute. If not then let someone else decide.

A possible voice memo could be "Goliath nor you can stop me" "I've beaten bigger"

Can it be girl Yordle?

Of course, gender doesn't matter :-)

The Passive seems a bit... weak. What do those rocks give this Yordle? Where does this Yordle find the rocks? What are the rocks' stats?
Can you elaborate on this Yordle's abilities?

It was super late at night. I just had an idea I wanted to get out, I think it'd be cooler if people just added to it, I just thought a yordle with a slingshot would be cool. So if anything just add what you think would make it better.
