What about Kayn?

Okay, so whats the deal with you guys making new skins for champions that already have 4+ skins and champions like Kayn are left with the 1 skin they where released with? It really makes no sense and it makes the game look/ feel very weird, especially if you main a champ with 1 skin that been out for more than a year.
