The void's secrets
We don't know very much about it other than what we got from the lore of other characters, but wouldn't it be cool if we had a void swordsman, a guy with a purple glowing sword that can first hit deal a lot of damage and is able to do a bit of blade magic, like swinging the sword while concentrating its energy to make a wide spread wave slash attack that can damage minions and other champions. Something like that would be cool, I'd make him a new top lane or mid lane, maybe even jungler. Just an idea though, what are your thoughts? (Update thanks to new info... and bio changes...) So apparently we techniquely do have a void swordsman now thanks to the changes in Kassadin's Bio, at the end of it, they said that he stole an infamous blade after a tragic event happened while he was away from his family, Malz shows up given his new title as 'The Prophet' thanks to new rumors in his updated Bio... and I'll say this now... I'm not entirely happy with the changes to their bios for I found nothing wrong with them and felt that they didn't need an update in terms of how they came to be. I'd rather prefer updates on how they've been progressing on their personal journeys and such, not a rewrite. When I'm talking about this game adding in a Void Swordsman/women, I mean like a new character entirely that uses a sword that's from the void, one he /she probably stole or was given to him/her after going through some trials or something. With the stolen angle you can actually give the new character a natural enemy that hates him/her for stealing from him as the blade itself was an interesting piece of history and had special properties that he was studying on test subjects. Vel'Kos would have made an excellent enemy that would and could also help lead into an update for him to go under in his bio and maybe a small buff to some of his stats and abilities. Though these are just my thoughts. So with the new bios in place, let me rephrase the question. "Should this game have a character that uses a Sword that was made in the void, one that is a master swordsman/women? One where his/her natural enemy optionally being Vel'Kos so that we also can get some new interesting dialog in the game whenever Vel'kos and this new champ are in the same game as opponents? The sword in question having no name at all and thus gives us more of a mystery to enjoy when trying to create theories and speculations on how the blade and its special properties work."
