Yasuo attack speed‏ change?

Fan Dou Ji Yu··1 votes·359 views

I am wondering that did roit change yasuo's attack speed in patch 4.18? In patch 4.17, I can reach 1.33sec cooldown on Q-steel tempest with only statikk shiv and Berserker's Greaves around level 11. But as I just tested in patch 4.18, I used same mastery and same rune. I only can reach 1.33sec cooldown on Q at level 14 with same items. Is that a bug? or new change?
