Anyone else disappointed by gentleman gnar?

Maybe its just me, but i feel like gentleman gnar doesn't really compare with the rest of the gentleman skins. I might be being picky here but i hold riot skins to a pretty high standard as I know the hold themselves to a high standard. Other then holding a cane his animations don't seem at all different, no new dance, joke, or taunt. no new VO's at all. I know gnar dosen't talk but i would have liked even the same VO's in a different vocal tone, one more gentlemanly. I have never used any of my account refunds but i am seriously thinking about refunding this skin. Anyone else feel the same?
