New Champion Idea- Dwarf

A dwarf like champion who will be a fighter/ tank/ bruiser. Passive: Every 4th auto attack deals bonus magic damage based on your current health. Percentage up to riot. Q: Blocks 60% damage from next incoming ability and gains + 30% movement speed for the next 2 seconds. W: Swings his flail around recklessly for 3 seconds dealing damage per second and slowing enemies. E: He smashes he shield into the ground stunning 2 nearby enemies and dealing a small amount of damage. R: He hops on a battle horse and gains movement speed per second for 6 seconds and knocks aside all nearby enemies dealing minimum damage. (Similar to sions ult). He then hops off his horse.
