Telekinetic Champion Concept

Hello summoners, I am a fairly new league of legends player. I have just been playing for about a year now and have become extremely interested in the game, striving to improve my gameplay and knowledge. I have come up with a new and interesting champion concept with telekinetic powers. I want this champion to be somebody who can turn the tides of a game at any given moment. Eg. if a team is about to loose and this particular champion is the only one alive, he can save the team and save the game. With that in mind I will soon attach a link for you all to see this champion. I want to connect with RIOT Games USA for further discussion about this champion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All I can say is this champion if it is ever conceptualized will be one of the most Iconic Champions League of Legends will ever have.
