Balloon animal Anivia

I'm not sure why Anivia specifically, but I just have an easier time picturing her with a skin like this. Basically, it's one of those balloon animals you get at the state fair shaped like Anivia. Her sound effects would be that rubbery balloon sound and her particles would be balloon-like also. When her passive is up, she becomes a blue balloon tethered to the ground. If the egg (balloon) dies, it makes a popping sound, if it doesn't then you hear a balloon being inflated and she reemerges. Setting her voice to high pitch (as though she inhaled helium) would be a nice touch.

If anyone can provide artwork for this, please do! I am not an artist by any stretch. :-(
