Would it work?

I'm looking at the arcade skins for champs but I realize that you can't have a good top lane or jungle with an arcade skin. This means no full team of arcades. I was just wondering if maybe could get an arcade skin. Kindred is great in the JG and is fun. I think something really cool can come out of this idea. I've put some thought into Arcade Vladimir for top lane. His pool can be him breaking down into pixels. The classic arcade champ look fits.
