hi i had an idea for a new champion i think its original its callled the sleeping champion

The sleeping champion( i don't quite have a name for her yet but i'm pretty sure it is a she).

Her passive is called "Dreamstate" at 10% hp for 5 sec's she becomes immune to any and all damages with one downfall the damage is blocked but every type of disable still works. If u guys don't like the percentages ok i suppose they r tweak able so she doesn't become too op( btw i was thinking maybe she could be the first manna less support type?).

the Q,W, and E (i wasn't sure which skills should be which so they r random as of right now) First is "Sweet Dreams" heals ally for 5% of max hp and cleanses target of any debuffers( again the percent is arguable btw i wasn't sure if its called debuff or buff so i used debuff hoping it was right lol the point was it removed the bad things enemy's can place on u). Also i thought it may work on self but not minis.

Next Q,W, and E is "Sleepy Time" is mainly for enemy's not sure if the secondary abilities i gave it r good or too op anyway it slows and mutes enemy targets, (with the exception of own minis) upon ally cast it accelerates their hp regeneration if hp is max then it will accelerate manna if there is no manna or manna is maxed then the ally is cloaked for 4 sec's(like i said b4 im unsure if this will make her too op or not and i look forward to Riot's feedback).

Last Q,W,and E is called "Nightmare"(oh dear is Malzahar's skill called that i don't k well anyway) it causes enemy to deal damage to the wrong team of champions(aka attacks ally champions instead of enemy creeps(haha remembered what they called lol) enemy champions skills r available but Nightmare will try to direct u away from ally direction). this ability does not have an ally cast side to it.

Finally her Ulti is called "Dream Immersion" is cast on ally champions or self (this ult is debatable because im not very happy with it but maybe u guys will like it again i await Riot's feedback) upon casting spell targets highest and lowest attributes (stats) are doubled for sec's. That is the end of the ability's i did come up with a back story but no real name yet i am reluctant to post because of all the holes where her name is, so for now it is just the ability's tho i do have one thing to say about her appearance and its that her eyes r always closed no matter what skins shes given they remain closed also since she is a sleeping champion shouldn't she float and speak with her mind after all y would she walk when shes asleep? Like i said twice before i await Riots Feedback, i also don't know how to follow one of these things so could some1 contact me thro my email Riot should have it since this is my account anyway thank you for your time Riot. :) long live lol(lol srry im nervous)
