i have an idea about league "lottery" XD

Hi guys I have been a player of league of legends for about 6 years. from S2 to now. I do not have much time to play this game right now, same as most of my friends. The most interesting part of this game that can get them back are the tournaments of league(like LCS,LCK,LPL...etc). Actually,i was a gambler during the S7 championship, i spent some money on the betting website, and i won some and lost some(i was at UK at that time.it was legal there). So,after that i came up an idea to have a system of our own "betting" of league. It can be a one-way system which means you purchase RP and bet some matches. If you win,you can get one of the skins (may be some skins that cant be bought now),or if you lose , as you think. you cant get anything back( maybe we can set a system like if you bet 10 matches you can get a free emote or a ward skin). The way to bet is not as same as the win or lose. I think we can make it like a BO5(like first blood,first tower,most kills,game time,who reach 10 kills first,etc). So, it is not very easy to win a match. Also,the prize for who win 1 of 5,2 of 5,3 of 5 can not be same. The price for the "lottery" i recomend is 200RP. Think, if you invest 200RP and you win,you get a 3250RP skin,That is exciting. To RIOT, this is absoluely not a way to lose their profit on sell skins. Because if we have this system, our game will get many old players like me back to join in this. What i said is a healthy,friendly lottery system. All i want is our game, our tournament get more attention. (my english is not very good, if you feel confused to read this, please tell me, i will reply as soon as possible.
