New champ the walrus shop keep

well i think the shop keep would be a very cool champ as a support/hybrid piece here are a list of some power ideas that i have though of:

hybrid range/melee/support Auto attack is a ranger attack rifle Passive gain extra 15 gold every 10 sec

Q: The tusk: melee attack pins enemy for 1, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75, 2.00 secs Damage AD: 25 + 5%def, 50 , 100, 200 , 400 they can't move but can still attack back, and def themselves. recharge time 6 sec all levels.

W: The store: A walking store offering discounted prices per level to champion team mates but only within a ranged area and not to yourself, 5,10,20,30,40 off the prices once used by a team mate needs to recharge 25 sec all levels , passive killing a minion or foe grants you and team mates around you bonus gold 1,2,4,8,16.

E: concussive grenade: Launches a concussive stun grenade to stun a small area of foes 1, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75, 2 sec stun, damage 25,,50,,75,,100,,125 +5% def. recharge times, 18, 16,14,12,10.

R: top secret: global shield defense for team mates recharge time 140,120,100, grants a shield to team mates anywhere on the map for 1.5,2.0, 2.5 secs shield power is 100-200-300 def plus 5% of the walrus def added to each shield.
