The Udyr change that no one wants
Really this may either be a great idea you all may like or it may be one of the worst you have seen. I will let the abilities speak for themselves. But essentially the way it would work it that Udyrs R would function like Elises Human/Spider form only it wouldn't change Udyrs physical form at all. It would just open up three other stances that he can level up separately. So Tiger stance would be separate from Phoenix Stance (the version I have listen below) and they would have to be leveled up separately.
Q: Tiger Stance - STANCE ACTIVATION: Udyr gains attack speed for 5 seconds. Udyr will perform a Tiger Stance Tiger Strike with his first basic attack after activation, dealing bonus physical damage over 2 seconds to the target. PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr's basic attacks deal bonus physical damage equal to 15% of his attack damage.
Q: Phoenix Stance - STANCE ACTIVATION: Udyr unleashes pulsing waves of fire around himself for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage each second to enemies within 250 range. PERSISTENT EFFECT: On the first attack after activation and on every third subsequent attack, Udyr engulfs enemies in flames, dealing magic damage in a cone in front of him.
W: Turtle Stance - STANCE ACTIVATION: Udyr gains a shield for up to 5 seconds. PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr gains life steal.
W: Porcupine Stance - STANCE ACTIVATION: Udyr sprays targets around him with quills dealing damage and slowing enemies for a very short duration. PERSISTENT EFFECT: Upon taking a certain amount of damage Udyr from behind sprays targets around him with quills dealing damage and slowing enemies. Udyr takes reduced damage in this stance.
E: Bear Stance: STANCE ACTIVATION: For a short duration, Udyr gains increased movement speed, ignores unit collision, and performs a short dash towards enemy champions he stuns with his attacks. PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr's basic attacks stun the target for 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every few seconds.
E: Boar Stance: STANCE ACTIVATION: Upon activation udyrs next auto-attack lunges him towards a nearby target knocking them up briefly. PERSISTENT EFFECT: For every nearby champion Udyr gains an increased percentage to his attack damage.
R: Druid Form/Shaman Form - Udyr changes forms allowing him to level up multiple different abilities. Abilities on the same hot key share the same cooldown.
I was on skype with my buddies when I pitched this idea and we came up with a few others. Like the Porcupine stance being a Bristleback inspired ;)

Raptor Stance: STANCE ACTIVATION: Udyrs next autoattack deals a percentage amount of damage to an enemy based on how high the enemies health is followed by a bleeding effect based on how low their health is. PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr gains increased movement speed when heading towards a bleeding target.
Armadillo Stance: STANCE ACTIVATION: Upon activation udyr places a shield in front of him that blocks incoming enemy spells. PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr gains magic resist.
