High Noon Thresh Skin Concept
Skin Concept! What if Thresh was to have a new skin in a new wave of High Noon, we already have the "Outlaws" such as

even though twisted fate and graves dont have HN skins but they have Cut throat skins. In this new wave of HN skins we will have a subdivision of "Lawmen" who oppose the "Outlaws".
more about the skin. In my imagination it will be either a 975RP skin or 1350RP maybe even a 1820RP skin depending on the voice over and quotes and other extra things!
Possible Interaction? when Jokes near an enemy he says "do i know you? Westwood or something Twisted laughter"
When leaving base with Bonus move speed he could ride a skeletal horse that appears from the ground and when the move speed runs out like the Ghost rider or the Delorean all that's left are flaming hoof prints as his trusty ghostly steed disappears into the ground!
will have a Cattleman's cowboy hat because he herds souls into his lantern (Secret interaction with enemy or ally

- will have a large star belt buckle exclaiming "Sheriff"
- will have large Cowboy boots to be a complete bad-ass and stomp his competition
- Instead of the base skin head instead he would have a bull skull glowing with that yellow brown color of Yasuo's Windwall in his HN skin

Back animation will be capturing his ghost horse with his lasso

Q thresh throws his Lasso and the sound bite is not chain being swung around and is instead like a bullwhip cracking when it lands says one of his antagonizing quotes like "come back" 
"where were you going?" possibly some "YEEE HAW's!!"
W his lantern is less the ghostly one he has now and more of a western looking lantern
E Nothing to add other than change the color
R Bulls heads on each of the posts of his box
I am open to other Ideas about it and i'm also not the most Artistic and i'm color blind so feel free to vary up the colors :D.
