[Champion Concept] Reeds the Kin of Jungle

Gallant mouse Yordle with a herb pouch and a sling. Squishy support, mostly healer and also AA buffer scaling with the strength of his adc. I didn't even think about creating his lore. I am the worst and leaving this job to somebody else will be the best choice :P

Abilities

P-Herbalism He can finish growing any enviromental herb (corn, honeyfruit or visionflower) earlier. He can also grow honeyfruit by planting it on the wall.

Q-Fruits He can heal his allies by feeding them fruits on medium range. He can collect fruits in some areas near him (like bushes or river) and consuming 2 out of 10 max stacks erases the mana cost from the ability. (Empowered) Shoots a fruit bomb in the area covered with ultimate giving a big heal in a small AoE and consuming a fruit stack.

W- Poisonous seeds His and his selected allies weapon is poisoned applying a stack of Weakness on an auto attack. If stacked 5 times on an enemy the next auto attack of his bound ally will deal bonus AP dmg based on the dmg of the auto attack of the ally.(10% DMG increase at max lvl + low scaling with AP)

E-Corn Flashbang Throws a Flashbang dealing a low dmg (scaling with AP) slowing and reducing vision (up to 1s) and applying 2 stacks of Weakness. At one moment can have up to 2 corns in a pouch. (Empowered)Fires a bomb in the area covered with ultimate with similar effects but increased AoE.

R-Supernatural He stands in his position swinging the sling above his head. Unable to move he is covering a 30 degree, long range cone. The area can be slowly moved from left to right. He recieves 5 Fruit stacks, full corn stacks and enhances some of his abilities gaining range in the area. Ability lasts until all ammunition is depleted, is cancelled or up to 15s.

Modifications and Balancing

This champion should be like an option to Soraka meaning that heals are it's strength but it will also be funny and interactive and it will require more skill (imo). P Wallgrown honeyfruit has less fruitdrops but that increases with level and has moderate cooldown so that it's balanced. Q Needs high mana cost pushing Reeds to search for nearby fruits. The fruits during ultimate must have high projectile speed so that it's hittable. Even unskilled person should be able to heal his team. The heal should be balanced with the AoE and projectile speed (during the ultimate). The smaller the AoE and the projectile speed the bigger the heal. W Poisonous seeds might need cooldown for balancing (although it would be fun with rageblade if not >:D) Instead of bonus AA dmg it could deal max hp dmg -> won't be influenced by the ADC's damage but it would lose all it's power on low attack speed ADCs (ex. Jhin). E The vision reduce will need to be on higher cooldown then the ability itself meaning that you could use it to add Weakness stacks quickly but without the long lasting CC => The second blind would be way shorter. Corn flashbang might be amplified by collecting the actual corn giving it the blinding effect. That would fix the problem above (for a big cost) but it would need bigger slow. R Range is increasing with the lvl of the ability.
His ultimate will need it's boundaries visible (ex. Jhin (again)). Maybe wider and immovable cone would be better (it won't fit the Sling tho). It might be better if it only healed and didn't use the corns.

Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths

• Big heals (even from afar (safe) with ultimate)
• Good buff (unique) and CC
• Interactive playstyle (at least more then Soraka)
• Girls will buy it for its cuteness and supportness (just a male's thinking)
• His Normal and Teamfight playstyles really differs.
• All abilities are viable to level up -> different playstyles in earlygame.

Weaknesses

• Squishy
• No escape
• Buffs almost only adc and highly depends on it.
• Leaving lane for fruits (should be nearby) puts adc into danger. (Bardstyle without the roaming possibilities)
• Absolutely useless alone. Even for supports.

Have absolutely no idea if this set of abilities will work. Someone actually has to try it out. It would be great if he got in League, remade or not. Send me a few RP if that happens riot ;)
