I know this skin was on sale last year but at the time i didn't play thresh and now there is no way to get the skin i even looked on ebay amazon ect i was wondering if we can get championship skin back on sale or know a way to get the skin. 
They may have a sale for Championship (not Riven) skins during Worlds (I think I heard they would, don't take my word for it). Just wait til they start announcing bundles for Worlds.
Also, don't ever try to buy skins off third party sites. They are not legitimate. All old skin codes are disabled permanently, and any new ones Riot gives out (such as cards for Riot Fist Ward at PAX) are disabled after people have time to use them. Even when they had legitimate codes they were always ripping you off.
