Make AR URF a permanent mode

To be honest, standard URF was always kind of boring to me, because I'd see the same strong champions every game. However, when AR URF was out, I discovered so many fun picks, and it felt like everyone in my games were having more fun, rather than being too competitive. I feel as if more people would play this as a permanent game mode over ARAM, and think it should be seriously considered. Although the devs are obviously working on practice mode and more for season 7, they already have AR URF programmed, and would need only to implement it into the servers.
