I got so many ideas and one of them was this kind of champion.
Let me know if it is a good idea till here also i got 2 abilities to make for this champion as an idea and also i got 17 more champion ideas.

I'm not fond of the sheet of paper with words on it champ.
I'm not sure if I'm a huge fan. This already seems like a hyper scaling Adc. And its an adc that doesn't need to build any armor pen and has an auto attack reset and with time gets longer range on abilities.
but there isnt a clean Goal what you want to achieve.
What is it that you want the player to do. There isnt much synergy to this champions Kit.
For example, Combos. Like Caitlyn Combo E, Q to auto.
This champion seems to only have one goal which is to be a Med range adc, and get longer casting abilities. Does this mean hes not supposed to be a attack speed adc like Kog, but a caster based adc like Varus. But if thats the case, how is this champions supposed to clear any waves with all single targeted abilities.
so far its an adc If reach lasting game will do a lot of single target damage, but still be not a good late game champions with No powers to wave clear.
and as for the abilities. I don't know what what damage it deals. Are you dealing AP or ad damage. (for example, if you build AD on katarina, her abilities will still deal magic damage.)
