Sadly I had a converse with some online players in a twitch some are connected to riot. The main reason why Zac has no received a new skin since his release is because of the graphic texture that makes up him as a champ from his skills, passive, effects and overall look. But there is a light in the dark when is comes to his skins. They said that we might get a new for him in season 6
