[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Arezia, The Plasma Expert (still in progress)

Arezia was a girl from the slums of zaun whose father died of a unknown disease, she wanted to know what were the causes of this unknown disease. while she was experimenting she started to find out she had an arm that had a robotic implant that allowed her to control plasma. So she finds out someone made the dieses and makes this robotic armor to seek him out and destroy. PASSIVE Hyper Evolving Modeul When killing a minion you gain 1 stack When killing a champion you gain 5 stacks At intervals of 50 stacks you gain power all abilities start at 50% ap scaling except her ultimate is at 100 ap scaling 50 stacks: 10% ap scaling more on q 100 stacks: 10% ap scaling on w, e and ultimate 150 stacks: 10% ap scaling on all abilities 200 stacks: 35ap and 5% attack speed 250 stacks: all allies now have a shield equal to 4 percent of their hp (comes every 20 seconds) 300 stacks: 10% to all abilities 350 stacks: 10 percent to all ability scaling 400 stacks: im not sure but if my math is wrong then get your basic abilities to 100 ap scaling and ultimate to 150 ap scaling 500 stacks: all destroyed turrets come back as turrets with 1760 hp do not give gold have 100 armor true sight and 100 ad. All living turrets get two rods doubling their dmg and allowing them to clear 2 targets. All lighting rod turrets also stacks their progressive dmg 1.5 times faster. All living turrets also gain 2200 hp and once they are knocked down to 3300 hp the champion that attacked it last will take 50 percent of the max hp in true dmg (this can be refreshed by the turret getting back to full hp). All inhibitors now deal burn dmg in a radius of 1000 and also get pushed up to 6000 hp. Your nexus also has two mounted turrets to defend itself as well as getting a total of 12500 hp. ** Q** Hyper Distorter. Cool down 12/11/10/9.5/8 Your next auto attack inflicts the target with plasma disease if the target dies it deal dmg to all things around it but If It doesn't you can fire a long range laser from it ( 4/6 of a minion wave) and deals 60% dmg to minions. (the laser is pretty thin and hard to land) W Hyper Locator. Cool down /27/23/20/16 The w channels for 1 second then sends out a cone in a about 1200 range (doesn't hit minions), if it hits a champion it snares them and spawwith 20 hp 4hp for dmg movement spells like dashes or blinks can be cast, spells can be cast one the bot for 4 dmg more and using movement spells u will still be snared after the dash. E Cyber Plasma. Cool down 24/20/16/14/12 Fires a beam or like a projectile in a 1600 range (doesn't hit minions), if it hits a champion it produces an explosion with ap if the target dies in the next 10 seconds they produce a circle zone. In that is a corpse shaped stone (is not effected skins death animations) deals 20 percent dmg to minions and 100 percent dmg to champions lasts for 15 seconds. R Hyper Plasma Ray. Cool down 2.3/1.8/1.4 (in minutes) Range global, after a two second channel sends out a giant area, after one sec of channel time a giant beam fires (1 second delay) dealing 100% ap normally in a huge area 50% dmg to minions. **Taunts ** Caitlyn "Im the real sniper here" " My laser outranges your ugun by infinity" "Im a better sniper than youll ever be Caitlyn!"
