Plague, the Malpractitioner
Plague is a mixed damage melee assassin who excels in the jungle early to mid game, but falls off a bit in the late game. His main goal is to snowball the game for his allies by ganking early and pressuring lanes with his high mobility and synergy with allies. He resembles plague doctors from the black plague.
Passive- Mark of Malpractice: Infusion: Plague's syringes are infused with poison, allowing his auto attacks and abilities to apply the mark of Malpractition on his enemies. The mark initially applies a small amount of magic damage 20/40/60(+1 per 4 AP) over 4 seconds.
Completion: The mark stays on a target for 4 seconds and can be reactivated in this time with his Injection (Q) or a Liquified auto attack (W). Upon reactivation it deals 4%/5%/6% missing health physical damage while also reapplying the damage over time from the initial Infusion. After a mark is successfully completed on a target, the same target cannot be marked for 2 seconds.
Q- Injection Trajection: Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6
Injection: Plague throws his two syringes forward in a line, dealing 40/45/50/55/60 area of effect magic damage upon impact. If the syringe hits an enemy champion, it will also get stuck in them for 2 seconds. If the syringe does not hit a champion, it goes on cooldown immediately.
Trajection: Plague can reactivate his Q if it hits an enemy champion, allowing him to dash to it. It reapplys the initial magic damage while also rooting them in place for 0.5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds.
W- Liquidous Mischief: Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4
Plague pours some mysterious purple liquid over the tips of his syringes, giving his next auto attack a slow of 25%/30%/36%/42%/50% and deals 20/30/40/50/60(+1 per 4 AP) magic damage. This also acts as an auto attack reset.
If his w is used upon completing a mark of malpractition, he gains a brief 1.5 second burst of 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% movement speed and 20%/24%/28%/32%/36% attack speed, while also halving the cooldown of Liquidous Mischief.
E- Void Steroids- Plague throws down a cloud of void gas lasting for 6 seconds, increasing allies movement speed by 8%/12%/16%/20%/24%(+1% per 50 AP) and gives a small shield of 100(+15% of hp) to Plague and the first ally hit by it. The cloud also slows enemies by 10%, and applies a mark of malpractition, but cannot complete a mark of malpractition.
R- Malpractice, Malpractice: Plague's ultimate allows him to see the pulses of both enemies and allies, similar to Rengar's.
Upon attacking an enemy while his ultimate is active, his mark of malpractice no longer has a cooldown, and the mark does not reset against his enemy for the duration of his ultimate. This allows him to complete his infusion multiple times in rapid succession.
While Plague's ultimate is active, all the effects of his abilities used on allies are also enhanced by 50%.
