Kiki- Zaun's lightning

( sorry for the english) Kiki is a cheerful, prodigy\genius rebel teen of Zaun, but martial and shortshort-tempered, mainly if danger threatens her family and her friends, protects them on the price of her life. She brought up on Zaun's streets, she has the mother only. While she was younger she earned money with small works, later when she was elder, an inventor of Zaun received her for his assistant. Since then her life the invention. Her bigest invention is the electric whip, the ,,Blue Reaper,,. If she doesn't work on her gadgets,she spends her day with lost children of Zaun and with Ekko. Sometimes she has conflicts with Dr.Mundo,she calls him Zaun's disaster, but she gets out as a winner with her tricky brain. Kiki has brought her talents the League. Seeking to right the injuctice in the city of Zaun.

(Many people connect Ekko with Jinx or Janna, but they don't reciprocate his feelings.-- I believed, there could be somebody,who reciprocates his feelings + give a bigger\real life to them)

Skills:

Passive: Shaken up, not stirred- when Kiki use her abilities, she cause more magic damage until 4 second.

Q- Gotcha! 60\70\80\90\100 mana Cooldown: 11\10\9\8\7 Range: 1150

Kiki strikes down a huge one by her target, dealing normal attack damage plus 15\30\45\60\75 magic damage and slowing them by 30\40\50\60\70% for 2 second.

W- Where do you run? 90\100\110\120\130 mana Cooldown: 16\14\12\10\8 Range: 1200

Kiki grasps the first adversary with the whip, stun it and cause 60\110\160\210\260 magic damage, and after the effect it's slowing them by 30%.

E- Than the lightning 60 mana Cooldown: 15\14\13\12\11 Range: ---

Kiki revs up and she starts bombarding it with incredible speed her adversary with electric strikings, her movement and attack speed grows.

Kiki for 4 second gets 50\65\80\95\110% attack speed and 8\10\12\14\16% movement speed.

R- Lightning cyclone 100 mana Cooldown: 100\90\80 Range: 1200

The voltage grows in Kiki's whip, then on a given area starts writing circles in the air around herself, with this the whip and the lightning on the area for the enemies cause 350\650\990 magic damage and slowing them by 60% on the area.
