Chroma Packs Are Non-refundable
Wish I had known this before I bought one. My fault for assuming they would be treated like other skins. I can still refund a Nasus skin I bought a month ago, but I can't refund the Chroma Pack I bought yesterday.

Since Chroma Packs are considered Bundles, you can't refund them. Just like you can't refund ANY bundle.
did you run out of refunds?
I have never refunded anything, ever. I have never wanted to refund anything, until this chroma pack.
You can refund bundles, but I guess you have to go through with a support ticket for that. I'll try that route for this chroma pack.
