Gamemodes Concept {Use IP to play}

So thinking about the players who have essentially completed the game (bought every champ,) and has nothing left to use IP on but name changes. Put a game mode section where you spend IP to play game modes, 100IP per game (no more than 500IP), but you get to play things like URF, Poro king, Doom bots, Sandbox 1v1, 2v2, ect... You don't earn exp (you've played long enough to buy all the champs what are you going to do with exp?), IP or champion mastery. but you'd still get to enjoy League even after finishing, rather than playing the same old 5v5 or 3v3 on summoners rift. Yeah or Nah. good idea?
