Champion Concept; (Something), The Barb Weaver
Champion Idea; A spectral being of physical and ghost like portions with one arm that can weave barbs out of incorporeal material to use to his advantage.
Passive; 20% chance to refund 20% of incoming basic attack damage back to the attacker and gain 3 seconds of buffed health regen.
Q ; Summons and charges a barb to launch at a victim doing magic damage. If the enemy is below 40% health the barb will pop to do bonus damage and inflict grievous wounds for 6 seconds.
W ; Summons a ring of barbs around an enemy champion for 6 seconds, slowing the enemy champion and granting you a shield for a % of the ringed champions health; Can also be placed on allies to buff their speed with the same applications.
E ; If an enemy or ally champion is tagged by W you can teleport to the tagged champion if close enough, and reduce the cool-down of W in the process.
R ; Summons a cage of barbs around an enemy champion snaring them and dealing DoT ; can be summoned on an allied champion to prevent all incoming damage to the allied champion at the cost of their mobility.
Honestly I am not too sure that this champ would be too great a bit too imbalanced but would be a good offensive support. I really did this for fun and expect nothing of it.
