R should be a giant rubber ducky head coming out of the ground
E should be poppy doing a cannon ball at the target and if they hit a wall have a splash animation with it
W should be a giant lifeguard floaty

Her recall animation should totally be some of those pool floaties you strap to your arms.
Pool Party Poppy :O My dream! xD Imagine her talking "No running around the pool" when she stop somebody dash with her W or using a whisle while ulting, and then shout "Out of the pool!" if hit with ult to throw away :D
I feel like the blue of the water would be too similar with the blue from Star Gaurdian Poppy.
