Ms Ping?

I think a players should be able to ping their ms in game. I often find people complaining about how laggy they are. Most times people just assume they're making up excuses. I think Riot should add a way for other players to view allied ms. Another way could be to add allied ms somewhere onto the tab screen. I feel being able to see enemy ms would most likely be a bad idea however. The opposing team would be able to abuse this to camp players who are currently having connection issues.
