Bard Skin Concept

A new skin for Bard that is Dragon Trainer. The meeps are little dragons that follow him around and he collects dragon eggs while in the jungle. Bards healing ability will start out as an egg and hatches after the 10 second wait. Q will be a fire ball that he shoots out and stuns like usual. Bards E will be red and as you travel through the journey, you turn into a dragon and slither through it. Bards ult will look the same
