Let's give Tryndamere a cain and make him an old lady(Grannymere)

For the sword , you can change in into this big cain/club that he drags around.For his body you can cover it scarfs and maybe give him a kerchief on his head.(look at the lik and you will now what i mean).And you could name the skin something like Grannymere.
