Two girls that always have each other's back even though their personalities clash. Nikki is a playful ninja that is at the top of her game in the samurai era in Japan and was well known everywhere for her skills and childish personality. Xera is a sharpshooter in the far future that lives off of killing people for money. She's smart, cold-hearted, and can shoot you down in a way that no one will even know you existed. Now how they got together was through a tournament held by a strong bored ruler that used his powers to teleport all the strong women throughout time and everywhere to participate in a dual against one another. Throughout all the matches Xera and Nikki succeed in all their battles which only grows their hatred for the ruler that is protected by a magical field that he has made for precaution if the girls get out of control. One night where all powers and talents were heightened, all the remaining women warriors rebelled to get out of this crazy planet. They all eventually broke out and worked as a team to survive but sadly not all could survive in this breakout. All sacrificed themselves for each other to live so the only ones that could remain was Xera, Nikki, and Sarah. After getting out of the prison the ruler found them and blocked them from getting any further, but all of a sudden a bright blast came from nowhere and harmed the ruler. The three girls looked to see what it was and it was a beautiful angel. The angel opened up a portal for them to escape the planet but right before they entered the ruler killed Sarah. The angel then began to battle the ruler to distract him from them so Nikki and Xera jumped into the portal then landed in a new area called the rift.

Lore has little to nothing to do with Runeterra or League of Legends at large which makes these two feel like mary-sue forced inserts.

Ult effects seem a little strange given that Nikki the AD melee assassin gets the CDR and Lifesteal while Xera the AP ranged caster gets the move and attack speed boosts; it's like they're meant to cover their weaknesses rather than emphasize their strengths, and I don't know whether that is really the best design choice.

Passives are nice and simple if a bit boring and possibly evocative of existing champions (Warwick and Jhin, respectively)

Doe's Niki's Q mark a target like Katarina, or lodge in the ground like Olaf to determine the direction of the speed boost?

Niki's W is a bit bland but workable.

Xera's Q is like a lesser version of Vel'Koz's ultimate.

Xera's W is phrased strangely- do the bombs just have a different effect depending on where they hit, or do you cycle through options like Twisted Fate's cards to choose which effect you have?

Dual-kit champ whose kit changes on something other than the ult is an OK concept though, though that may just be personal bias on account of still working on a similar concept myself.
