Jhin Skin Concept : (Amagumo a.k.a Rain Spider)

i have played for awhile,and i noticed that his High Noon skins looks like the guy named : Amagumo (Rain Spider) from "Desert Punk";and i thought that what would be better than we get an individual skin themed on that guy for !?,so i wanted to share my thoughts so maybe it would do some help for the skin concept (maybe in near future)!
