Can we get a vladimir rework please?

I see a lot of potential in this champion I don't know why his left off like this his concept is really unique and interesting I think he deserves the effort towards a rework for this current season, Since there were lots of reworked champions thought vladimir might as well get one too! what do you guys think ? also riot please if you see this post please inform me with your thoughts , Thank you!
