skill ideas
it would be cool if there were a champion that had some abilities like this
-tether that can attach to ally or enemy, allies that pass through the tether are slowed and damaged while allies that pass through gain movement speed -heal in cone -increase in ap as character is low on health, this could be a passive or something
what do you think?
