Passive (Fear)

Every time Heptus kills on enemy he gains Fear, one Fear is 15% more Damage, but it goes away after one hit. So i suggest stacking it for a crap ton of damage, If you do not use your fear before you die, your respawn time will be reduced by the amount of fear you have. This is just like the damage thing, so lets say you have two Fear, then respawn time will be reduced by 30%

Q (You Shall Not Pass) Cooldown: 15s-8s

Heptus hits the ground everything in a small radius gets hit up.

Range: Wherever champion is. Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 MANA

W (Skeletons!!!) Cooldown: 25s-15s

Heptus summons 3 skeletons, each with 50 health, Each level it goes up by 20. You can control them all by hitting alt and right clicking. They do 20 magic damage, Each level it goes up by 20.

Range: 0 Cost: 100 / 105 / 110 / 115 / 120 MANA

E (Last Thing You Will Ever See)

Heptus fires a skill shot that deals: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 200 Magic Damage

Range: 1050 Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 MANA
