Does riot give out RP for great ideas?

I have a bunch of ideas that I want riot to know of, but would I get anything for them? Just wondering.

Great ideas are relatively abundant. What's not so abundant are the means to implement those great ideas. You're more likely to get payed if you have a way to implement the idea, and not likely at all to get anything for just the idea.
