Rowena, The Sigil Keeper. Champion Concept AP Support
Lore: Rowena was once a senior member of the Lunari Clan that rests at the summit of Mount Targon. She was tasked with protecting and archiving the artifacts carried by The Blessed One, the first champion of the moon. When the Solari attacked the temple Rowena sealed away the Quicksilver Blade and the Armor of the Blessed One within the Tomb of the Lunari, swearing that one day she would return to retrieve the artifacts of her ancestors and avenge her fallen brethren. As she fled with her infant daughter the only thought on her mind was of her own self destruction. The child did not deserve this life of anger and bloodlust. She placed her daughter in the hands of travelers who had long ago passed, frozen solid in the mountain snow. “A life of bloodshed is no life worth living. I leave you with this my child, a sigil stone of the blessed moon. The twin stone to that of my own, and as long as we both hold the stones we shall not perish, when these stones are united the seal on the Lunari Tomb shall be broken.” She said as she tucked the one of the twin stones into the infant’s swaddling cloth. “They will come and they will save you, those who have taken everything from us, as I have left you on one of their hunting paths. Even vile creatures such as the Solari will not leave a child to freeze. It is the only way for you to even have a moment of a happy life. One day I shall return my child. One day I will save you from the heretic’s light. I pledge to you this day Diana, my only heir and the last of the Lunari, the Solari’s light will soon be extinguished. And when that day comes my child we shall be reunited.” As Rowena turned to leave her daughter to the hands of those she hated the most, a single tear rolled down her face. She embraced the Lunari and took on her Lycan form. With a single howl of sadness and pain she sprinted into the forest leaving the infant behind. The destruction of the Solari would take a clear, unbound mind and many years of planning.

Abilities: Human Form Passive: Radiance Rowena encases an ally in radiant light, binding the target to her after a 2 second channel: granting Rowena and the bound ally 25% increased Mana and Health Regen while within 1000 units of each other. Rowena may switch her bound target by rechanneling Radiance.
Q: Blade of The Maiden Range: 830 Units Cost: 55 Mana Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Seconds Passive: Quicksilver: Rowena permanently gains bonus attack speed. Active: Rowena unleashes a bolt of lunar energy that travels in a linear fashion, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and rooting them for 2.5 seconds. If an ally is hit they are afflicted with Moonlight, healed and granted bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds. Enemies hit are afflicted with Moonlight for 3 seconds, granting sight of them for the duration. An allied Diana may use this Moonlight proc in place of her own. W: Sigil of The Mother Range: 825 Units Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Seconds Passive: Wrath of The Lunari: When Rowena auto attacks an enemy while within 1000 units of an ally bound with Radiance, that enemy is slowed for 2 and burned for 2 seconds. Active: Rowena actives the power of her sigil stone, allowing her to dash to target ally. If the target ally is afflicted by Moonlight, Sigil of The Mother’s cooldown is reset and half of the mana cost is refunded. Upon reaching the targeted ally, both Rowena and her target are granted a shield for 4 seconds. Shield: 90/110/130/150/170 + (60% AP) Slow: 30/40/50/60/70% Magic Damage of Burn: 6/12/18/24/30 + (10% AP)
E: Gauntlet of The Crone Range: 350 Units Cost: 70 Mana Cooldown: 26/24/22/20/18 Seconds Passive: Last Stand of the Lunari: Upon death, Rowena’s gauntlet erupts a zone of radiant light that surrounds her body and lasts for 4 seconds. Allies within the radiant zone are immune to crowd control and healed while in the zone. Active: Rowena channels the power of the gauntlet; slamming it into the ground, creating a circular zone of radiant light at her feet that lasts for 3 seconds, and knocking back all nearby enemies: damaging them and afflicting them with Moonlight. If the knocked back enemy were to hit the wall they are stunned for 1.5 seconds. Allies within the radiant zone are granted bonus armor and magic resistance. Magic Damage: 70/115/160/205/250 + (70% AP) Armor Bonus: 15/17.5/20/22.5/25 + (15% AP) Magic Resist Bonus: 15/17.5/20/22.5/25 + (15% AP) Heal Per Second: 45/55/65/75/85 + (45% AP)
R: Secret of the Lunari Range: Self Cast Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 60 Seconds Passive: Changing of the Phases: As Rowena uses her abilities her Sigil stone projects Moon Glyph at her feet. Every ability charges the glyph and advanced it one moon phase, going from New Moon to Crescent Moon to Quarter Moon to Gibbous Moon to Full Moon. Upon reaching a fully charged Moon Glyph Rowena can active her ultimate. While in Human Form, Rowena and an ally that is bound with Radiance, gain an additional 10% Health and Mana Regen. This stacks with the 25% that Radiance already gives. This additional effect is only active while Rowena has a fully charged Moon Glyph. While in Lycan Form, Rowena gains bonus health, armor, magic resist and movement speed. Using abilities in Lycan form causes the Moon Glyph to consume one charge and shift back one phase for each ability used. Upon returning to New Moon, Rowena transforms back into her human form. Active: Rowena unleashed the power of the ancient Lunari and transforms into Lycanthrope for 30 seconds, or until the Moon Glyph shifts back to New Moon. Activating Rowena’s ultimate consumes all charges of Moon Light on allies and enemies.

Lycanthrope From Passive: Predatory Instincts Rowena can see all invisible enemies that enter her normal line of sight. An ally that is bound by Radiance also gains this vision. While in Lycan Form Rowena cannot change her bound target.

W: Devastation Range: 650 Units Cost: One Moon Glyph Phase Cooldown: 5/4/3/2/1 Passive: Gorge: Rowena heals 300 health upon killing or assisting in the kill of an enemy champion. Active: Rowena dashes forward dealing magic damage to the first enemy champion hit and stunning them for 2.5 seconds. An ally bound by Radiance gains 25% additional armor and magic pen against the enemy effected by Devastation’s stun. Magic Damage: 90/115/140/165/190 + (100% AP)
E: Revenge Cost: One Moon Glyph Phase Cooldown: 5/4/3/2/1 Active: Rowena marks an enemy champion. Rowena and an ally that is bound by Radiance inflict True Damage to the marked target.
