Abilities:

Munashe’s abilities leave Shifting Sands on the ground that last 3.5 seconds boosting her and her allies movement speed by 18% and slowing enemies that step on shifting sands by 18%.

Lore: Munashe is a sacred Human/Feline hybrid, who lived in Ancient Shurima, with the purpose of granting protection and safety to the Empire. After the fall of the Empire, Munashe feel into a deep depression, because she felt guilty for not being able to protect Shurima, and so she isolated herself and entered a meditative state, in order to try and find peace within her soul. Now that the Empire has risen once again, she used her will and obligation of protecting the new city of Shurima to gain enough strength in order to cure her deep depression and is now determined to defend the city at all cost, from any danger.

Adding an attack speed AND attack speed buff on her w seems a bit much, you are essentially taking both of the special shield effects from Janna and lulu and adding them onto the same champion, plus they get a speed up after? With not that long of a cool down with capped CDR, other than that it seems pretty good and very detailed, definitely a champ I would try
