Reworked: Yorick- The Gravedigger

Passive: Unholy Covenant: Yorick deals 3% more damage with his basic attacks and reduces incoming damage by 3% for every ghoul he has active, stacking up to 10 times for a maximum 30% modifier.

Omen of War : Passive: a minion/neutral monster (not baron or scuttle crab) that dies within x units of Yorick will drop a clickable soul (that expires after 4 seconds) that when pressed by Yorick will allow Yorick to revive said minion/neutral monster into a ghoul. This revived ghoul will deal 40/60/80/100/120% damage (+20% of Yorick's AD) (30/45/60/75/90% (+10% of Yorick's AD) for neutral monsters) but takes 150% damage (200% for neutral monsters). The revived ghoul can be controlled with Alt-RightClick. Alt-LeftClick allows the player to drag select or individual click ghouls to group move/attack or independently control one ghoul. Double Atl-LeftClick instead selects every unit of that type that was clicked onIf a ghoul kills another minion then that minion is also revived into a ghoul regardless of cooldown and awards Yorick with 50% of the gold he would otherwise get with a last hit. Killing the revived ghoul awards the killer with 100% of the gold Can only contain a maximum of 10 revived ghouls Active: When activated the minion/monster soul will become clickable to summon a ghoul.

In order to prevent a clutter of souls. If a "Melee Minion" dies then it's soul will stay on the field, while on the field any other "Melee Minions" that die in the area will not drop a soul but instead refund the 4 second cooldown of the soul already on the field. The same applies to "Caster" and "Siege" Minions. As for the neutral monsters only the "Alpha" of the camp will be summoned as a ghoul and not the "little ones." *This does not apply to the neutral monsters (only 75% of the gold gets awarded to the killer of the neutral monster)

Omen of Pestilence: Active: Yorick can only cast "Omen of Pestilence" on a summoned ghoul, doing so will cause the targeted ghoul to gain 20/25/30/35/40% increased bonus movement speed decaying to 10/15/20/25/30% and explode after 2 seconds dealing 60/95/130/165/200 (+100% of Yorick's AP) magic damage and slowing enemies in the area by 20/25/30/35/40% (+40% of Yorick's bonus AP) Any minions that die to this damage will become a ghoul and any and all ghouls inside the blast zone also gain the "Omen of Pestilence" buff. Omen of Pestilence does stack damage unlike Teemo's mushrooms

Omen of Famine: Active: Yorick can cast this ability on both summoned ghouls and enemies. Casting "Omen of Famine" on a ghoul will sap a portion of Yorick's Health (4% Maximum Health) and heal the ghoul for 50/80/110/130/150(+60% of Yorick's AP) for 5 seconds the ghoul will gain lifesteal equal to 17.5% of Yorick's AD on each of its basic attacks, doubled to 35% AD when attacking enemy champions Casting "Omen of Famine" on an enemy will instead deal 55/85/115/145/175 (+100% Bonus AD) and heal Yorick for 22/34/46/58/70 (+ 40% of Yorick's AD)

Omen of Death: Active: Yorick can sacrifice every summoned ghoul to apply a decaying shield onto himself or an allied champion equal to 10-15-20/20-25-30/30-35-40/40-45-50/50-55-60/60-65-70/70-75-80/80-85-90/90-95-100/100-105-110% of target's Maximum Health decaying to 0% after 6 seconds. If the target dies within that 6 second time-frame then the target will revive after a 2 seconds revive timer with 10-15-20/20-25-30/30-35-40/40-45-50/50-55-60/60-65-70/70-75-80/80-85-90/90-95-100/100-105-110% of target's Maximum Health decaying to 0% after 10 seconds

My thoughts:

My rework aims to bring a necromancer class to League of Legends. The immediate thought is most League of Legends players have never really had to deal with micro-ing 11 units at one time. And this rework makes Yorick dependent on his ghouls even more now than ever for his damage and tank-yness which is a current problem with Yorick now a days. This is only a rough draft and would definitely requiring tweaking and tuning

Build Path: I would say that this would give Yorick a variety of build paths from the bruiser fighter, to a hybrid magic/physical damage dealer to a full on burst mage. Play-style: I believe his ultimate is still a game changer but requires Yorick to sacrifice everything and invest into his teammate. Yorick's wave clear wasn't the best but now that shouldn't be a problem if he is willing to expose himself by sacrificing ghouls. Although Yorick's oppressive is even more pronounced in this build he also now has kill pressure. If players are skilled enough to micro his ghouls to surround and body block the opponent, forcing the opponent to flash or ghost away. This makes Yorick a decent split pusher acquiring enemy minions and even his own to summon into ghouls and build a massive wave to crash into the tower. Yorick is now weaker early game and should be punished before getting completely out of hand with his undead army.
