Idea For The Fifth Elementary Dragon

For Start, i'm sorry for my language, i'm french player and my english is poor, but for achieve the most of peoples i write in english. My idea is to create a Vision Drake ( see Drawing of Jason Courtney). The Vision is a mechanics very important in League of Legends, it allows to anticipate the opposite movements and to protect himself or your team. A news statistics are appeared in the vision but i would like reinforce teamplay that this is by one defensive warding or agressive warding. This drake do not give any defensive/offensive statistics, it allows to increase the wards life to 1/2/3 life points and to increase their scope at height of 1/10 ; 2/10 ; 3/10 Of their basic ranges of action OR MAYBE increase vision range of champion of 1/10 ; 2/10 ; 3/10, like that the buffs champions can see more than the "war fog". It's buff for the team who kill the drake but who can to be overcome because They has no increase of statistics, any kinds. I hope that you understand my idea with my beautiful english :D
