New Skin Accessory

Dear Riot, When a new skin comes out it would be cool if the in game menu updated to reflect that characters skins (such as ability pictures and minimap presence). It could be implemented as a new feature of a new skin and a charge could be added and over time it could be added to already bought skins. MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO MAKE THIS FEATURE OPTIONAL (as it may confuse players plus player preference and customer optional feature speaks to the consumer (ME :} )).
